Kelly-Thomas, Inc. has been in business since 1986. Our capabilities range from small remodels to tenant improvements in the millions. Kelly-Thomas provides building services to institutions who recognize the value of a partner who works diligently and creatively to find the best possible solution for each particular project. We believe in the sustainability of the world’s resources and look for creative ways to recycle or re-purpose building materials when it makes sense to the customer.
